The Telephone Operator of the organization is often the patient or visitor’s first point of contact with the organization and therefore the individual must be courteous, patient and leaving a positive impression with the caller. The main function of this position is to answer incoming calls and address the caller’s inquiry, which can include but is not limited to routing the telephone calls through the multi-line telephone system.
