We offer a full range of benefits and we are now looking for an HRIS System Manager to join our team! This position is based in Riverside, CA but will require weekly travel to Cypress, CA.
General Responsibility:
The HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) Manager is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of HR software solutions for the company. This role involves collaborating closely with multiple departments to develop HRIS software requirements and working with external HRIS developers to rigorously test all new software functionality. The HRIS Manager also oversees the functionality of time and attendance systems and ensures successful coordination of onsite and offsite training for all personnel. Additionally, the HRIS Manager is responsible for maintaining the administration and integrity of all data collected from the end user, ensuring the security and accuracy of sensitive information.
Significant Duties:

Develop and implement HRIS software solutions to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.

Manage the entire HRIS project lifecycle, including requirements analysis, system design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Provide technical expertise and support to onsite and offsite employees for the implementation and troubleshooting of time and attendance functions.

Lead and coordinate training sessions for employees and managers to effectively use the HRIS and time and attendance systems.

Ensure HRIS system performance by monitoring data integrity and troubleshooting of any software-related user-encountered issues.

Ensure that the current HR and Time and Attendance systems continue to function properly and regularly monitor the accuracy and consistency of the data.

Conduct testing and validation of new HRIS features before deployment.

Create, review and update business standard operating procedures (SOPs) for HRIS integration in English and Spanish.

Capture the flow of business transactions using Microsoft Visio.

Create reports in the HRIS system based on the needs of various company departments.

Collaborate with HCM vendor personnel, programmers, and other technology-related staff to further the development of HRIS software requirements.

Execute project management responsibilities for business application projects.

Serve as the subject matter expert and advocate for Electronic Time & Attendance, ensuring that the setup aligns with project needs, legal requirements, and expectations.

Ensure effective management and supervision of HRIS administrators' scheduling and responsibilities.

Requirements/Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Technology is a plus.

3+ years HR experience, including performance management, leave of absence, benefits administration, full cycle of payroll, and recruitment.

California Class C Driver License, with good DMV record is required.

Ability to read, write, and speak in Spanish is required.

Able to build relationships with internal and external business contacts required.

Able to influence with or without authority at all levels of the business.

Strong time-management skills required. Able to maintain professional composure under tight deadlines or sensitive situations.

Strong leadership and training skills required.

Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.

Knowledge of payroll Federal & State laws required.

Computer proficient with HRIS experience

Advanced Excel skills are required, as are skills with all Microsoft Office programs.

Physical Requirements:
The position of HRIS System Manager requires that you be able to lift objects that weight up to 15 pounds, squat, kneel, twist, bend, and work above head and below waist. Ability to sit long periods, stand, walk, climb stairs and use of hands, fingers, wrists, and arms. Position requires to work indoors/ outdoors in extreme temperatures, both hot and cold, and other unusual elements, such as loud noise, dirt, dust, fumes, etc.
