Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and organized Clerk Assistant to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will perform various administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our office. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with general clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Maintain and update office records and databases.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and special projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
