Responsibilities
- Marketplace Management: Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to identify trends and make actionable recommendations.
- Advertising Management: Develop and manage advertising campaigns to drive traffic and sales on Amazon, including keyword research and optimization.
- Communication: Collaborate with the marketing team to track and optimize ad campaigns, exploring ways to improve the reporting process.
- Product Listing Management: Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon and Walmart marketplaces, including conducting keyword research for maximum visibility and sales.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with our fulfillment team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Sales Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify opportunities to increase revenue and profitability, generating and presenting regular reports on sales performance, inventory status, and key metrics to senior management.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and promptly address any customer inquiries or issues.
- Market Trends Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive activities to inform marketing tactics and develop effective e-commerce strategies.
- SEO Implementation: Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website.
- Industry Trends: Continuously research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce marketing and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and improve results.
- Reporting: Manage and update weekly and monthly tracking reports for review of sales, products, and returns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field preferred
- 1+ years of experience in e-commerce, specifically managing Amazon, Walmart or Ebay marketplace
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in Google Apps especially with Google Spread Sheet/Docs/Presentation and other data analysis tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
