At Ivy Kids of Long Meadow Farms, we're dedicated to fostering an environment where young minds can grow, explore, and thrive. We're currently seeking energetic and passionate Preschool and PreK Teachers to join our team. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape the lives of young children during their formative years.
Position Overview:
Immediate Opening: Full-time position available for a dynamic individual eager to inspire, nurture, and educate. Hours are 9:00am - 6:00pm, Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure the care and supervision of children, maintain a safe and inviting learning environment, and adapt to the evolving needs of the program. You'll have the rewarding task of teaching young children, guiding them through their early learning experiences, and laying the foundation for their educational journey.
Family Engagement: Cultivate a warm and supportive relationship with children and their families, ensuring a high level of care and education, and fostering trust and communication.
We Are Looking For Someone With:
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a childcare setting, with a deep understanding of the developmental stages of children.
- Qualifications: CDA (Child Development Associate) credential or higher is preferred. Candidates must possess CPR/First Aid certification and be familiar with Texas Minimum Standards.
- Skills and Qualities: A candidate with a robust love for children and a heartfelt desire to make a positive impact every day. Must be physically able to engage actively with children and possess the flexibility to adapt to changes within the program.
