Looking for a full-time traveling medical assistant in our Tampa and Orlando location. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Medical Assistant you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the medical office. You will support doctors and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication. The target is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner
- Provide superior customer service to all patients
- Interview patients and document basic medical history
- Interview patients and take vitals
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Create charts for clinic day
- Prepare and clean treatment rooms
Skills
- Proven working experience as a medical assistant
- Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Social perceptiveness and service oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficiency electronic software systems
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required
