Overview
Responsible for using knowledge of Core Income’s offerings (education, technology, etc.) to connect with current advisors as well as prospective advisors to generate sales and cultivate/maintain relationships.
Primary Responsibilities (First 1yr +):
i. Identify prospective advisors using lead generation tools and methods.
ii. Meet monthly recruitment expectations set forth by management.
iii. Proactively call all leads.
iv. Continue to enhance and grow the call out list with new qualified prospective advisors.
v. Develop and maintain an intricate knowledge of all Core Income Advisors resources.
vi. Schedule Zoom meetings with prospective advisors.
vii. Assist in further building out team call lists.
viii. Send personalized items to strong advisor opportunities.
ix. Build on industry knowledge regarding products and procedures.
Secondary Responsibilities (After Introductory Period):
i. Run product illustrations and assist on case design.
ii. Follow up on sent case work.
iii. Answer advisor calls.
iv. Schedule ongoing Zoom calls with existing advisors to share new ideas.

Compensation
$48k base salary, with the opportunity for target based variable compensation. This position also includes a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare benefits (medical, dental, and vision), a 401k plan with automatic company contributions and 20 days of PTO.
