Overview:
B2B Partnerships Manager, you will focus on building and maintaining strong, long-lasting Sponsoring Partner relationships. Your primary focus will include managing a portfolio of existing partners, initiating new business opportunities within this group, and in some cases actively pursuing new sales prospects.
Key External Stakeholders You Serve:
- “Sponsoring Partners”: This includes Employers, Non-Profits, and Government Agencies that provide partial or full tuition sponsorship for their respective constituents (for example: employees, community members, etc.) to receive training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Best-in-Class onboarding to new Sponsoring Partners to minimize the time from contract signing to program launch.
- Equip internal sales teams with training and resources to enhance sponsorship engagement.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to gather and implement feedback for improving Sponsoring Partner experiences.
- Establish and nurture strong client relationships to facilitate business growth within existing partner accounts.
- Understand partner needs and goals to tailor our solutions effectively.
- Communicate our value proposition through well-crafted proposals and presentations.
- Cultivate a trusted advisor status with key accounts and sponsor representatives.
- Negotiate contracts strategically to optimize profit.
- Guarantee the prompt and successful delivery of our solutions in line with customer expectations.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance participation in partner programs.
- Execute and manage content marketing initiatives to deliver value to partners and generate qualified opportunities for new business.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years' experience in a B2B Account Management or related role.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with meticulous attention to detail.
- Skilled in Social Media Strategy and General Design.
- Exceptional listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strong skills in both verbal and written communication.
Compensation Structure:
- Base Salary: $60,000-70,000/year
- Bonus: Up to $10,000/year based on KPI achievements
- $1,000/yr budget toward Manager Approved Training and Upskilling
