Role Description:
The candidate will be responsible for a range of office, reception, and logistical support tasks to help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the Sasaki Boston office. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, enthusiastic to work across a variety of office studios, and able to manage their time while being flexible to address needs as they arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating travel arrangements, both domestic and international, as well as troubleshooting last-minute travel emergencies across offices
- Compiling and submitting expense reports
- Tracking and maintaining professional registrations and memberships
- Coordinating and optimizing meeting schedules for senior staff, including managing ahigh volume of overlapping requests and proactively identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Provide routine clerical support as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Proficiency with office technology, including phone system, email, Google suite, Slack, etc.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to comfortably multitask and shift gears throughout the workday
- Strong organizational and planning skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks according to urgency
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem solving skills
