Position Overview:
The Transaction Management Analyst creates the daily issue confirmation report that accounts for all issues that will be billed to customers. This position is also responsible for managing iDepot billing activities to include creation of invoices management of iDepot payment information. Position requires sound problem solving skills, as well as the ability to clearly communicate detailed financial information to our internal and external customers both directly and indirectly via professional quality reports and spreadsheets.
Responsibilities:

Create the daily issue confirmation report that accounts for all the issues that will be billed to the customers. Analyzes a variety of sources/systems including transportation data, scan data running sql queries, and verification of information. This includes approving loads and injecting loads in the billing system.

Create invoices for iDepot payments from analysis of data from various sources for 150+ iDepots

Maintain and manage system, spreadsheet and customer supplied data to provide timely and accurate invoicing on a weekly and monthly basis.

Produce Issue Confirmation reports

Prepare and process vendor payments based on transactional data from multiple data sources.

Work with vendors to resolve payment issues and escalates and/or coordinates the detailed information to the appropriate internal customer for quick resolution.

Maintain vendor payment tool, electronic files, and vendor communications files.

Prepare spreadsheets for accurate and on-time vendor accruals and journal entries.

Coordinate and communicate with Logistics team

Analyze and compare data from various systems.

Provide backup support through reporting and processing for Transaction Management Analyst.

Ensure transactional data flow between systems.

Follow detailed processes and pull data from multiple systems to ensure proper billing

Ad hoc reporting
Requirements:

2+ years related experience in transactions or analytics

Experience using SQL is a plus

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent job experience
