Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age
- Upsell and promote drink specials or menu items
- Monitor alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of sales techniques and retail math for handling cash transactions
- Familiarity with restaurant or catering operations
- Knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Hospitality-oriented mindset, with a friendly and outgoing personality
