- As a Calibration Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, testing, and repair of various instrumentation and equipment. Your primary focus will be to ensure that instruments, gauges, and testing devices are calibrated correctly to provide accurate readings and measurements.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Install, troubleshoot, and calibrate all types of instruments or control systems.
- Maintain calibration records and enter calibration data using software such as Calibration Manager.
- Develop SOPs and change controls for new or existing equipment as required.
- Order materials and perform instrument and control system adjustments or repairs necessary to achieve compliance.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external personnel to avoid production delays.
- Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly work environment.
- Adhere to all OSHA and Rising safety requirements.
Education and Experience:
- Basic electrical and electronics trade school training or equivalent working instrumentation experience.
