Scheduling Coordinator/Cheif Juggler/Customer intake
Our 5-Star Maid Service is seeking a creative, high energy, accountable addition to our fast-growing company. This job starts earlier in the day and most of the work is done fairly early. The rest of the time will be spent onCustomer service and answering phones for sales when needed
Scheduler
Purpose of Position: To ensure every repeat client is cleaned on the day scheduled or requested to exceed our customers' expectations. To ensure Absent employees' jobs are covered. To ensure every customer scheduling request, change, and preference is documented and cheerfully accommodated. Must be skilled at Tetris or puzzles!
- Finding spots for new bookings
- Strategic technician routing
- Take customer calls and accommodate schedule changes cheerfully
- Rescheduling jobs for the same day or as soon as possible
- Alert customer when the technician will be late
- Ensure routing efficiency
- Help with Employee check-in Day
- Assist Office Manager with duties as requested to keep the office flowing smoothly
As a back-up to our busy sales position, the scheduler would be
- Answering new/overflow prospect calls & delivering exceptional customer service leading to the sale.
- Sending client quotes predicated on the information provided in your initial phone call.
- Successfully using our software to schedule new business.
- Maintaining the lead page in our software system
- Conveying (in an articulate manner) the services to be rendered (and ensure appropriate updates are made when needed).
- Upselling clients to a more frequent cleaning rotation, inside of appliances, etc.
- If necessary, perform and in-home or virtual estimate for clients.
- Growing our Google and Facebook List reviews.
- Promoting our loyalty program to current clients and encouraging them to send referrals.
- Updating data entry on our company software.
- Become an expert on every product we utilize, and every service we offer.
- Targeting areas (with tenants) and building relationships with office/building managers in order to leave contact details and garner referrals.
- Providing the GM with detailed daily and weekly metrics.
- Ensuring all housekeeper's needs are met. Always be available for them at check-in and for calls.
