Rosallie Le French Cafe is looking for candidates to fill our baker position in Winter Garden location.
Responsibilities and qualifications:
- Shifts vary from 4am- 4pm on weekdays and weekends
- Must be able to work one weekend day
- Retail hours include Holidays
- Previous experience in a Restaurant, Catering, Grocery Store, or Bakery is preferred but not required. Will provide on the job training.
- Basic knowledge of preparing and presenting large quantities of food items
- Knowledge of practices, methods and equipment used in commercial kitchens
- Ability to convert and read recipes
- Knowledge of serving, storage, and packaging of food
- High tolerance for working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to keep a clean and organized work space, ensuring proper regulations are followed
- Be a good team player and help everyone in the bakery
- Friendly, outgoing personality with the ability to maintain cooperative relationships
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds regularly and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to fingers, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; talk or hear; and taste or smell
