Job Description: We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative assistant to provide support to our Sales events professional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assists in scheduling & coordination
- Perform clerical & administrative duties
- Answering and directing phone calls.
- Food & beverage knowledge
- General knowledge of docu sign & contracts
- Writing and distributing correspondence
- Gathering supplies
- Handling basic office tasks
- Greeting and directing visitors, answering questions, responding to complaints ands requests
- Running errands
- Knowledge in Triple seat or event management software
Qualifications:
- Bilingual – plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Polished appearance
- Able to multitask at a fast paced
- ability to follow tasks lists
- strong general computer skills (excel, word, date entry, spreadsheets, calendars)
