This job requires a professional that is energetic, responsible, like to work on a team , is able to answer multiple phone calls, work in a office environment, handle multiple cleaning teams administrative tasks at once, visit clients if need. We are seeking an individual who is highly motivated, organized, and is able to be flexible in day to day tasks. This position requires strict confidentiality as the individual will have contact with staff, potential clients, current clients, and the general public. This position is full-time with flexible hours. Health benefits are not offered.
HOURS:The working hours will be Monday thru Friday from 8 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. and occasionally in case main office person misses work 7:00am-3:00pm.

Basic Function:
Handle all the administrative tasks that the operation of a maid service requires, handle multiple phone lines.
Responsibilities:
Determine routing schedule and delegate work flow and instructions to cleaning staff on a daily basis.
Assist the office on the status of supplies so they may replenish and make purchases if necessary. Assist with Maintenance of the Fleet of cars, Equipment, office facilities.
Resolve problems and discrepancies on jobs and/or interact with clients to amend issues.
Visit potential new clients to provide free estimates and make sales if needed.
Respond to client's inquiries and specific cleaning requests regarding jobs as needed, and communicate same to team members.
Make sure all payments are accounted for and registered per team on daily basis.
Occasionally perform Quality Control Checks.
Enforce safety precautions and rules.
Supervisory Responsibilities:(a) Develop and maintain an effective organization through the training, motivation and review of all cleaning personnel.(b) Arrange work schedules for staff and temporary help as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:- High school diploma required; some college experience preferred;- Bilingual (English + Spanish);Proven communication skills (verbal and written);- Outstanding organization skills, and an ability to manage multiple tasks with a high level or detail;- Excellent customer service;- Legally employable in the U.S.A.;- Have a valid driver's license;- Pass background check;- Drug screening may be requested.
COMPENSATION:
- Starts at $17-$20/hour plus bonus and commissions in case of sales made.
