- Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
- Perform receptionist duties when needed
- Work in QuickBooks
Skills
- Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with QuickBooks is preferred
- Tech savvy
- Knowledgeable in home building/construction is not required, but preferred
- Knowledgeable in job estimating is not required, but preferred
Work Remotely
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
