Miller Marine, part of the Power Lodge family is looking for a Marine Parts Sales Associate to join our team. This position plays an extremely important role in customer satisfaction and the overall continued success of Miller Marine’s growing Marine offerings. The position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers both in person and over the phone, providing them information on parts and assist them in determining what they need. This position is the main point of contact for all customers regarding Marine Parts and Accessories.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist all customers by providing them with the details on parts and assist them in determining what they are looking for.
- Answer phone calls promptly, courteously and professionally.
- Properly price, mark and organize parts for customers to see.
- Manage and maintain inventory levels on all incoming and outgoing parts.
- Assist Sales and Service departments with Marine parts needs
- Stay educated on new products and current product updates.
- Contacting customer when ordered parts have arrived.
- Maintain and execute safety guidelines, policies and procedures at all times.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the parts work station.
- Any other duties deemed necessary by management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must be always presentable and professional appearing.
- Must have a valid drivers license and good driving record.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Good organizational skills and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Marine experience and product knowledge.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
