To excel as a Call Center / Customer Service Representative I at Christian Community Credit Union, certain skills and qualifications are essential. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a minimum of one year of experience in a customer service role within a bank or credit union environment. Proficiency in cross-selling is a must, showcasing your ability to promote additional products and services effectively.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to work efficiently on computers are critical for success in this role. You should have excellent telephone etiquette, along with top-notch verbal and written communication skills to interact with our members professionally and effectively. A good grasp of math concepts and typing speed of at least 35 words per minute will also contribute to your success in this position. Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
