As the Staff Development Coordinator/Registered Nurse (RN), you'll be responsible for planning, directing, coordinating and evaluating educational programs for nursing services and other departments, and for resident/family education. You'll ensure that staff training and education is complete and in compliance with the current nursing practices, all applicable laws and regulations. You'll participate in committee meetings such as Quality Assurance, Safety Committee, etc.
- Salary starts at $34.00/hr and goes up based on experience!

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Current, RN license within the state of Iowa

1+ Year of experience as a supervisor in geriatrics, or other comparable long term care experience
