The Customer Service Coordinator dive deep into customer data, craft compelling strategies, and empower our team to deliver exceptional service. Independently develop tools, collaborate cross-functionally, and support our mission to champion worker rights. As the Customer Service Coordinator, you’ll assess service needs, design innovative solutions, and ensure our team is equipped to provide outstanding support. - Serve as the primary point of contact for member inquiries, providing assistance via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Address member concerns promptly, escalating issues when necessary for timely resolution and satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of member interactions, updating profiles and databases as needed
- Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate responses to member inquiries, ensuring effective communication
- Develop strategies to enhance the member experience, including process improvements and identifying areas for enhancement
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and databases
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams
- Customer service experience and a customer-focused mindset
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
