Job Description:
Travel arrangements
- Properly navigate the company’s travel app Egencia-set up new employee profiles and manage booked travel.
o Add or remove users
o Manage app travel policies
o Train new users on the app
- Assist employees with scheduling flights, ground transportation, and accommodations. Research and compare options to find the best fit for each travel need. Prepare and distribute travel itineraries with all relevant details.
- Manage and regulate all Airbnb’s, campers, and any other uncommon housing in multiple locations.
Expense management
- Track and monitor travel expenses, upload receipts, and ensure compliance with company policies and budgets.
Customer service
- Respond to inquiries from travelers, assist with travel-related issues or emergencies, and provide travel advisories and updates
- Developing and maintaining relationships with travel vendors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Available evenings and weekends
Other Duties
- Assisting with travel policy development and implementation.

Fringe – You will receive $4.98 per hour, up to 40hr per week, in leu of company paid medical insurance. This benefit is waived if you choose to elect medical insurance when eligible.

401K – this is effective after 1 full year of employment from the start date of employment and a minimum of 1,000 clock hours. You will be entered in either January or July which ever falls AFTER your 1-year mark. VM West contributes 3% Safe Harbor. Employees are also able to contribute in addition to VM West’s contribution.

Holiday – You will receive 11 paid holidays. See handbook for list of eligible holidays. You are eligible for this at the start of employment, following the 3-month probation period.

Vacation – VM West’s policy states paid vacation begins after 1 full year of employment. After 1 year, you are eligible for 2 weeks paid vacation. After 5 years at VM West, you are eligible for 3 weeks paid vacation. After 15 years at VM West, you are eligible for 4 weeks paid vacation.

Sick Leave – This is calculated by hours worked up to 56 hours. You will begin accruing this on your employment start date. You can use this for yourself or an immediate family member if you need to care for them.
