Florida Spine Institute has non-ACGME accredited, Interventional Spine and Pain Management Fellowship in Clearwater, Fl. Our program trains Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and/or Anesthesia residents in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide array of painful spine and musculoskeletal disorders. Fellows learn how to effectively treat patients and how to develop an efficient private practice. Fellows receive hands-on training in a variety of fluoroscopically guided cervical, thoracic, and lumbosacral procedures such as: epidurals, medial branch blocks/neurotomy, discography, spinal cord stimulation, and radiofrequency ablation. In addition, fellows are exposed to proper billing and coding, practice management, contracting, employment law, and the essentials to developing a successful interventional practice.
We have fully licensed Office Base Surgery suite as well as a free-standing ASC on site. Our practice is expanding and fellows could have an opportunity to stay onboard with Florida Spine Institute after graduation.

Physicians who are in good standing in a clinical American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation or Anesthesia are encouraged to apply. Start dates are typically mid-summer and we are currently interviewing.
