Salary: 70-75K Monday-Friday Daylight
We are seeking a talented Food Service General Manager who understands the Culinary Process to oversee a busy café, and commercial kitchen with some Catering operations. Enjoy a work/life balance with a Monday to Friday daylight schedule.
The Chef Manager is a General Manager role with responsibility of food service Operations and Culinary oversite. This position is a prominent opportunity managing front and back of the house operations therefore requiring a strong client and customer relations experience as well as the Culinary experience to design, implement and oversee a delicious menu for our valued guests.
Experience desired in a Contract Dining Food Service setting such as Hospital, School, College, Senior Living or public destination such as Museum, Sporting Event Center, Amusement Park or similar, with multiple retail outlets. Must be a trained Chef.
Requirements:
2+ Years General Manager or Strong Assistant GM experience
Trained Executive Chef
Thorough knowledge of Menu implementation
Catering knowledge
Retail Sales
Employee Management
Impeccable Communication Skills
