As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in presenting treatment needs to patients, scheduling treatments, and ensuring exceptional patient service. Responsibilities:
- Present treatment needs to patients and schedule appointments efficiently
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient service
- Utilize scheduling systems to manage appointments effectively
- Maintain accurate patient records and update medical histories as needed
- Assist with dental receptionist duties as required
- Coordinate with clinical staff to optimize patient care
Experience:
- Prior experience in a dental office or medical receptionist role is preferred
- Knowledge of dental terminology is essential
- Familiarity with clinic or medical office operations is a plus
- Proficiency in using office software and systems
- Strong patient service skills and the ability to communicate effectively

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
