POSITION SUMMARY:
Delights Casino patrons with quality beverage preparation and service
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sell, mixes and serves alcoholic and alcohol-free beverages.
- Follows standardized recipes consistently from memory.
- Serves wine, draft beer and bottled beer.
- Creates signature and daily special beverages.
- Manages pouring cost control procedures.
- Collects money for food and beverages served.
- Orders and restocks liquors and supplies.
- Arranges glassware and bottles to make an attractive display.
- Washes glassware and bar utensils.
- Conducts daily inspections of bar area.
- Recognizes and reports all necessary maintenance promptly.
- Conducts daily liquor inventory.
- Fills in where needed to ensure efficient operations.
- Completes drink orders within 2 minutes of ordering.
- Resolves guest problems on the spot.
- Maintains health department inspection scores of 96% or higher.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Able to operate an electronic POS system
- Able to accurately add guest checks and make change.
- Stands during the entire shift.
- Reaches, bends, stoops, shakes, stirs and wipes.
- Reading and writing skills required.
- Interacts verbally with guests.
- With the assistance of another staff member, lifts 120-pound barrels of beer to a height of 30 inches several times of day.
- Lifts 30 lbs. cases to a maximum height of 72 inches.
- Immerses hands in water frequently.
- Hazards may include, but are not limited to cuts, burns, slipping, tripping, and exposure to secondhand smoke.

Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
License/Certification:
