Cashmax is seeking a dynamic Client Care Representative to join our Customer Care Team. In this role, you will ensure customer satisfaction is maintained at a high level by resolving customer issues timely and in an efficient manner. Utilizing your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, you will implement customer care strategies to enhance customer attention and loyalty.
Duties:
-Make outbound phone calls to set up effective and immediate payment arrangements that resolve the customer's delinquency.-Customer Support Specialist will oversee answering calls, emails and chats during business hours-Provide exceptional customer service to clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Communicate effectively with customers in English and Spanish to address inquiries and resolve issues.-Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products or services to effectively address customer questions and concerns- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the operations system Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Previous experience in customer service or collections is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment-To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Suite – Word, Excel, etc.… Benefits:
