The role of the Paid Media Coordinator will be to assist the Digital Marketing Director in various digital marketing initiatives in order to grow the revenue of new and existing Crumbl locations throughout the US and internationally.

Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns for new Crumbl stores, focusing on local optimization and audience targeting.

Conduct research on local trends and preferences to tailor marketing strategies that resonate with specific communities.

Update paid ads weekly with new creative and copy across Meta, TikTok, Google & Pinterest.

Launch loyalty and retention campaigns meant to increase return customer rates

Complete paid search keyword research to develop content for search campaigns

Support company growth initiatives and execute on paid media plans

Conduct market research and come up with new channels and segments to test

Assist in providing strategic copy & multimedia creative direction on campaigns

Report on campaign performance and how it impacts internal KPIs

Stay up to date on latest platform changes, new channels, and best practices

Results-focused, able to achieve both short and long-term goals

Self-driven, motivated to help, and able to perform with minimal supervision

Setup, deploy and monitor digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or a similar field or have some marketing experience.

1-3 years of digital paid media experience.

Organization and project management skills.

Data driven and results-focused.

Able to sit at a desk for up to 8 hours per day.
