MUST HAVE PREVOIUS SALES EXPERIENCE IN THE SPIRITS INDUSTRY
We are a premium, organic tequila brand that emphasizes tradition, purity, and sustainability. We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team and drive our market presence not only for tequila but later this year for our bourbon brand.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams
- Train and manage the sales team to maximize performance
- Monitor sales metrics and adjust strategies as needed
- Prepare for the launch of our bourbon brand later this year, developing and executing sales strategies for this new product
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the beverage industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of the tequila/bourbon industries

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
