The Software Support Specialist will be responsible for managing our Salesforce instance, ensuring optimal functionality and efficiency to support our internal teams. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration, as well as excellent problem-solving abilities to address issues as they arise. The Software Support Specialist will collaborate closely with various departments to gather requirements, implement changes, and provide ongoing support and training. The Software Support Specialist will coordinate and collaborate with our Director of Technology and other Technology team members on current and future projects.
- 2+ years of experience with Salesforce

Proficiency in creating and maintaining custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, and flows

Salesforce administration certifications preferred, but not required
- Experience working with 3rd party integrations desired but not required

Ensure data integrity and cleanliness through data quality analysis, cleanup, and maintenance

Assist in the implementation of Salesforce enhancements and new features, including testing and rollout plans

Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues reported by end-users, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations
