We are eagerly seeking a talented full-time sales representative to join our real estate acquisition team. You will pursue new properties for the company and cultivate relationships with property owners. You must be results-oriented and comfortable on the phone. JOB SUMMARY
As a Lead Manager, you'll work closely External Sales Team to ensure consistent follow up with our leads which drives in-person appointments for our Sales Team and ultimately, contracts to purchase homes. This is a local, in-person position available for qualified candidates who have a background in nurturing sales leads and/or delivering top-tier customer experience.
The ideal candidate has experience with B2C sales, understands the fundamentals of 'relationship selling' (vs. transactional), has experienced success in a high-outbound call environment and demonstrated success in appointment setting quotas.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Nurturing leads through SalesForce
- Buyer prospecting and market research
- Approximately 90 Outbound dials daily, must be comfortable selling via the phone
- Contact homeowners within our CRM to engage in a quality conversation and gauge readiness on selling their home
- Learn and follow our Lead Management Script
- External networking with realtors to contribute to appointment setting goals
- Engage in consultative, relational sales approach
QUALIFICATIONS
- Detail-oriented and task-driven
- Strong team player with the ability to work seamlessly with our team
- Experience with real estate (residential and land) is a plus but not required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- 1-3 years in a B2C, outbound sales role w/ strong phone sales experience OR experience in a high-level customer service role / high-end restaurant
