The Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of Daily Dot Art’s administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling a variety of tasks to support the team and enhance overall efficiency.

$39500 - $50500 annually
Responsibilities:

Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for the executive team.

Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.

Respond to emails and phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Assist with the coordination and planning of company events and meetings.

Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

Assist in the preparation of financial reports and expense tracking.

Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members.

High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
