Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant that is efficient, detailed oriented and has great customer service to join our Brody Allen Exteriors team.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greets visitors, answers telephone, takes messages and screens customer inquiries.
- Serves as a liaison between customers and staff, providing routine information to customer inquiries.
- Invoicing, accounts payable and receivable.
- Performs office duties such as filling, scanning and data entry.
- Providing Administrative support in various departments.
- Prepares Customer Files in an efficient and organized manner.
- Maintain office supply inventory.
Qualifications:
- Strong Organizational and multitasking skills.
- Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skill.
- Demonstrates decision-making skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Strong knowledge in Excel.
- High School diploma or equivalent high school certification.
