Represents assigned center on matters requiring technical interpretation and guidance. Plans, coordinates and reviews engineering work of the assigned center and/or program area of responsibility. Oversees engineering design, construction and installation activities. Reviews work of other engineers for technical accuracy and adequacy. Leads the development of standardized implementation plans, processes, templates and activities.
- Demonstrated experience and ability in applying the principles of fire protection engineering and including design, inspection, testing and commissioning of the following: Fire barriers, egress standards, detection and suppression systems, stair pressurization, occupant emergency plans, and general EOSH regulations as they relate to fire protection.
- College degree with a concentration in Fire Protection Engineering
- Professional engineering license specialized in Fire Protection Engineering
