SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Carmichael NationaLease is a well-established family-owned full-service truck leasing, rental and repair company serving the Chicagoland market for over 73 years. We are seeking a highly motivated, charismatic & relationship-driven Sales Professional to accelerate growth across all lines of our service offerings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting sales quotas while providing exemplary customer service.
Position requirements:
· Minimum 1 year of truck related sales experience.
· Seek out new business opportunities to grow sales volume and increase profitability
· Understand client’s needs and develop solutions to help them achieve their goals.
· Connect and continually cultivate strong relationships with customers.
· Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
· Develop new business opportunities and/or identify areas of improvement.
· Collaborate closely with our Maintenance team to ensure customer needs are continually met to a high level of satisfaction.
· Call on prospective customers to solicit new business and provide solutions based on our service offerings.
· Must be self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
· Knowledge and experience in the food industry is a major ++
Base pay of $55,00 +/year (depending on experience) plus an excellent commission structure
