Responsibilities
- Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit & needs analysis to existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinated sales effort with team members and management in all departments
- Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales
Requirements:
- Proven work experience in customer service
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented
- High School diploma
- Requirements for Sales Manager:
- Had at least 5 years of experiences as Sales Manager or 8 years experiences as Sales professional.
- responsible for supervising and motivating salespeople and promoting and encouraging strategies to sell cars and other vehicles
- Recruit, hire, train, and oversee a team of automotive salespeople.
- Set sales goals, track progress, and lead the team to achieve and exceed those quotas.
- Coordinate and lead all regular sales meetings with the sales staff.

Pay: $10,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month
