We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented team member to join our team.
Job Description:
You will play a crucial role in supporting our operations. Your responsibilities will include a mix of administrative tasks, accounting duties using Sage software, managing construction bonding, tracking insurance, handling and tracking company and subcontractor business licensing, and assisting the purchasing department.
Key Responsibilities:
Construction Bonding: Oversee all aspects of construction bonding, including applications, renewals, and cancellations. Maintain records of all bond-related documents and ensure compliance with bonding requirements.
Insurance Tracking: Track subcontractor insurance certificates including general liability, worker compensation, automobile, and OCIP. Maintain up-to-date records of insurance certificates and endorsements.
Business Licensing: Track and manage company business licenses, including subcontractor’s licensing for all city jurisdictions. Maintain records of all licenses.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the team. Assist the purchasing department with various tasks.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in the construction industry.
Two (2) or more years of homebuilding industry experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) a must.
Knowledge of Timberline Sage accounting software.
Knowledge of construction bonding and insurance tracking is highly desirable.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Valid Driver’s License required.
Excellent verbal and written communication, planning, budgeting, and organizing skills.
Strong problem-solving skills
Must be able to lift/carry:
20 pounds to waist height.
20 pounds to shoulder height.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
