Crumbl Cookies is hiring an Assistant Manager for its location in Park West Village.

Our Assistant Managers take on a big role in creating a positive and fun store culture, while still motivating our crew members to work effectively and efficiently. They support the Store Manager in overseeing the flow of the store, taking inventory, managing crew members and other responsibilities.
Baking and/or food service experience is a big plus, but not a requirement - we will provide paid training. What is most important is that you can effectively manage a team and follow Crumbl processes and procedures to ensure customers have a positive experience and enjoy fresh and finely decorated cookies.

Must be at least 18 years old and able to work five days per week in the store between Monday - Saturday (we are closed on Sundays!).
Compensation includes base pay + tips as well as quarterly bonuses based on performance metrics. Base pay ranges $13 - $15/hr depending on experience, and tips are regularly between $4 - $5/hr.
