Job Description:
In this position, you will play a key role in driving sales, managing client relationships, and managing landscaping projects. You will be responsible for generating new work, developing detailed work plans, and ensuring the smooth execution of landscaping projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial landscape, including HOAs, office properties, hotels, apartments, retail and flex properties.
Build and maintain strong relationships with asset managers and other key stakeholders.
Prepare and submit detailed estimates, quotes and contracts to potential clients.
Meeting and exceeding sales goals and objectives.
Project management:
Plan, coordinate and monitor enhancement & install projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards.
Work with management to efficiently allocate resources and plan work.
Monitor project progress, address any issues that arise, and communicate updates to clients and internal teams.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Customer Relationships:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and maintaining open lines of communication.
Handle customer complaints and work repairs within 24 hours, escalating to professional level if necessary.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, project management, or a related field, preferably in the landscape design or construction industry.
Strong understanding of landscape management and beautification services.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.
Valid drivers license with clean driving record.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
