We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing sales activities and developing strategies to drive business growth within the designated region.
Responsibilities:
- Direct Sales to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand customer base and increase revenue
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partnersConduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluationsCollaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and initiativesMonitor competitors' activities and market conditions to adjust strategies accordingly
- Qualifications:
- Must have outside sales experience in the construction or manufacturing industries
- Proven experience in outside sales, account management, and business development
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus Technical sales background preferred - Construction Sales and/or manufacturing industry sales exp
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth

Pay: $85,753.00 - $100,000.00 per year
