Job Summary:
We are seeking a Line/Prep Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation and execution of delicious meals in our fast-paced kitchen environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food
- Cook and plate menu items according to set standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Follow proper food safety procedures and guidelines
- Collaborate with our team to ensure timely and efficient meal production
Skills:
- Proven experience working as a cook in a restaurant or similar setting
- Knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
