Responsibilities
Peraton is seeking a motivated Program Manager Systems Integration (PMSI) Adviser to support multiple concurrent initiatives and who enjoys traveling, to join our team of technical and business experts providing operational and mission support to a SI/SETA mission for a classified customer in Virginia.
Our unique team of technical and business disciplines provide operational support for Systems Engineering/Integration, Mission Planning, and Business Operations to multiple functional mission areas. The team is responsible for technical design, operations, and mission planning and business operations for the full life cycle of customer specific operations (from concept through development and installation/O&M).
The SI in this role is focused on program/project management (e.g., milestone tracking, financial tracking/management, applied systems engineering, etc.). The SI is expected to serve as a primary interface between the Program customers/stakeholders, the technical development team, and end users. The SI will ensure robust requirements definition, development, and testing/training in advance of the deployment of technical capabilities. The SI will be expected to support multiple efforts and will assist the customer in making informed decisions related to requirements and developments. They will also assist with the deployment of technical capabilities while serving as a focal point to balance various equities and operational considerations.
The Program Manager Systems Integration (PMSI) Adviser will be responsible for the following but not limited to:
- Serve as the primary interlocutor with program customers and stakeholders for a variety of efforts.
- Lead planning and deployment of unique technical solutions
- Develop briefing and background support material for any necessary approval processes and reviews
- Review communications to ensure actions are appropriately routed, responses are drafted, and suspense items are tracked and delivered
- Travel CONUS and OCONUS, as required, in support of current or future activities
- Ensure appropriate due diligence is implemented during the technical development and operational deployment solutions
Travel Requirements
- Domestic travel up to 1 week per month. Possible OCONUS travel.
**This role requires the candidate to perform duties on-site Mon-Fri.**
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- An Active/current TS/SCI with an active Polygraph.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with eight (8+) years of relevant experience; Master's degree and six (6+) years of relevant experience; PhD and three (3+) years of relevant experience.
- A minimum of eight (8+) years of experience providing support to operations.
- A minimum of five (5+) years of experience working with relevant components within the IC.
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of customer communication format, databases, and procedures.
- Demonstrated experience and mastery originating communications for complex technical developments/operations and coordinating with key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience engaging directly with stakeholders to support technical developments and operations.
- Willingness and ability to travel.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree and higher
- A minimum of 10 years of experience providing support to operations.
- A minimum of five (5+) years of experience supporting the development and deployment of technical solutions.
- Experience with use of MS Office applications.
- Demonstrated experience supporting operations in support of operational requirements.
- Demonstrated experience serving as an operational representative to required approval processes.
- Demonstrated experience serving in a role requiring similar/analogous customer background and skills.
Salary Range Estimates:
The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Peraton's total compensation package for employees. Target Salary Range
$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
