Summary
As part of the senior management team you will be jointly responsible for contributing towards the achievement of the company’s operational goals. The job may include other reasonable duties/tasks from time to time.
Main Duties
- The main duties of this position include the following.
Accounting
- Accounts Receivable including the creation and delivery of Invoices and Payment Reminders.
- Accounts Payable including entry, scheduling, and processing of approved payments for invoices received from vendors. Review and reconcile employee Expense Reports.
- Monthly banking and credit card reconciliations.
- Maintain and process bi-weekly payroll for employees.
- Make journal entries to recognize revenue and adjust COGS.
- Interface with and provide annual reports to accounting firm for YE taxes.
Compliance
- Ensure that the company is maintained in such a way that is compliant with local and federal business and safety standards and requirements.
- Complete and submit annual Property Tax information for Washington County
- Complete and submit annual Oregon Corporation filing.
Office Management
- Maintain our office in a way that is compliant with the local and federal laws, policies’, Safety Standards, and lease agreement.
- Retrieve and process mail daily.
- Maintain and replenish various stocked items for janitorial service and kitchen.
- Maintain files.
Human Resources
- Maintain the proper compliance with local and federal laws.
- Create and maintain personnel records, policies, procedures, and checklists for the hiring, discipline, and termination of employees.
- Maintain absentee records and input to payroll.
- Coordinate the maintenance of health care and other benefits plans.
Financial
- In cooperation with the President, maintain a budget for operations.
- Assist with tax and financial planning
Qualifications Education
- An education in business administration or management is preferred but not required.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in a related field preferred.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- High proficiency in accounting with Oracle NetSuite
Communication Skills
- Verbal – Strong English, conversational as well as business
- Written – Strong English, conversational as well as business

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
