Overview: All-Movie Hotel you will be working in a unique setting with a focus on the film industry. It features 27 beautifully renovated luxury rooms as well as film production facilities. The All-Movie Hotel is the latest addition to The Family Coppola Hideaways which include hotels and resorts in Belize, Argentina, Guatemala, Italy. Each hideaway is known for reflecting local culture and nature and have been personally curated and crafted by Francis Ford Coppola and his family. Quality, authenticity, and pleasure are the pillars of the Coppola businesses.
Job Summary: Oversees the operations of the hotel, including all aspects of facility day to day operation operations ensuring that the motel is well-maintained and clean. Supervises staff management including scheduling, training, and supervision to ensure guest satisfaction and enhance the facility’s reputation among travelers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the hotel.
- Performs duties of Hotel General Manager in his or her absence.
- Ensure that the highest levels of consistency and excellence are maintained.
- Builds relationship with key customers and is involve d in the sales process.
- Ensure all appropriate information for financial and HR documents is received by the Corporate Office monthly.
- In charge of overseeing the maintenance of the property
- Supervise the quality of service from the reservation up to the guest’s departure
- Make sure the standards of quality are respected in all circumstances including at time of booking (24 hour response)
- Manage and schedule personnel/staff
- Comply with certifications requirements as applicable for positions to include: Food Handlers Alcohol Awareness CPR and First Aid.
- Maintain high standards of all staff members appearance and grooming.
- Responsible for all staff hiring documentation.
- Responsible for adjusting the level of payroll according to the hotel activity
- Responsible for the training and education of staff.
- Training staff on how to handle issues related to customer complaints or problems
- Make sure that the property is in compliance with safety, hygienic practices, etc.
- Establish and enforce rules for customer conduct in motel facilities.
- Ensuring the safety of guests by making sure that security measures are in place to prevent theft or other crimes.
- Complete weekly supplies inventories to ensure adequate supplies.
- Public Relations (PR) ambassador with clients, vendors, tourist organizations and travel agencies
- Communicate all relevant information to supervisor in due times
- Respect all deadlines.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Responsible for the supervision of 7-12 staff members.
Job Requirements
Education/Experience:
Graduate of a Respected Hospitality School preferred. Experience in similar position in a motel and/or hotel setting
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Capable of managing the hotel operations respecting the terms of the budget (revenue and costs)
- Passionate about delivering exceptional service and memorable experiences
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Sensitive to and effective with wide range of personalities
- 2-5 years of experience in an upscale hotel setting
- Must be fluent in English
- Ability to be a Self-starter, focused, well-organized prioritize, multi-task and delegate
