Job Summary:
At Benefit Consulting Agency we are dedicated to helping individuals navigate Medicare. We seek motivated Medicare Advantage Sales Agents to join our team. Health license is strongly recommended or willing to obtain license.
**Responsibilities:**
- Educate clients on Medicare Advantage plans.
- Assist with enrollment based on clients' needs.
- Stay updated on Medicare regulations and changes.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Valid health insurance license.
- Experience in Medicare sales or health insurance.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Proficient in CRM software.
