Job Title: Treatment Coordinator
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Treatment Coordinator to join our team. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional administrative support, handle front desk duties, and coordinate treatment schedules efficiently.
Responsibilities:
-Maintain high metrics for Case Acceptance (present and close treatment plans)
- Manage patient appointments and scheduling using Dentrix and Weave systems
- Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in procedures at the front desk
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality is upheld
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate treatment plans effectively
- Assist in explaining dental terminology and treatment procedures to patients
- Ensure the office is organized and supplies are adequately stocked
Skills:
-Proven Case Acceptance metrics
- Proficiency in medical office procedures and protocols
- Experience with Dentrix and Weave software preferred
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology and scheduling
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients and staff
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with office phone systems for managing calls effectively
