Chattapoochie Dog Hiking Adventures is hiring ‘Poochie’ Hiker(s) - Looking for people to become a part of a fun and adventurous business in Atlanta. People living near Sandy Springs, Buckhead or East Altanta areas would be helpful. We’re an owner-operated hiking adventure service for Atlanta’s beloved dogs. We hike them when their parents can’t (Mon - Friday). If you LOVE dogs, enjoy the outdoors, enjoy exercise, don’t mind getting a little dirty, have a flexible schedule, and are very responsible, you'll love this job. You must be punctual, highly adaptive, and physically fit/strong. You must be a team player. After training, you will be hiking up to 4 dogs/day, M-F, and must be able to hike 6+ miles once or twice a week. We hike lesser distances in the summer. You will also be needed to transport them to/from several trails in or near the city. You must be an excellent driver and feel comfortable driving in traffic. You'll be transporting precious cargo (pooches) so a good driving record is required. (You’ll have access to a company vehicle if you’re needed to transport dogs). This role interfaces with clients so you are expected to be friendly and professional, and dress appropriately for the role (outdoorsy and in work out or hiking clothes). We provide Atlanta’s beloved dogs with quality exercise, water and snack breaks, socialization/play time, and a whole lot of love! You will provide their parents with peace of mind and joy because they will know their poochies are having a wonderful experience.
Requirements:

· Must be patient and loving to all of our dogs.

· Must have a phone capable of photography and video imaging, which you will be trained on.
This opportunity will start out as a contract job with the potential for more responsibility and benefits.
