The Beach Set - Up Attendant is responsible for setting up and tearing down beach equipment for the Club. Offer hospitable service to all guests of hotel. Clean and maintain pools and property. Assist other jobs to employ teamwork through the department.
Beach Set Up Attendant Responsibilities:

Set up beach equipment and prep beach area

Fold towels in morning and set up towel/water station

Rake sand and clean debris from all areas

Set up umbrellas and cabanas daily (weather permitting decided by management)

Welcome guests to the beach and consistently offer professional, friendly, engaging service

Assist guests with lounge chairs, umbrellas, beds, and/or cabanas around beach

Follow company policies and procedures

Oversee the general cleanliness and upkeep of the beach area

Will report to the Beach Club Manager

Other duties as assigned
Beach Set - Up Attendant Skills Required:
-
Polite, friendly manner to deal with customers.

Neat, clean appearance and willingness to follow rules for sanitary food service.

Ability to work quickly and efficiently to provide prompt service.

Ability to operate computer to enter orders and prepare checks.

Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required.
-
Ability to work in inclement weather conditions
Flexible schedule required, available to work weekends and holidays.
We have two shifts available AM and a PM
Physical Aspects of the Beach Attendant role:

Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time

Able to work in outdoor weather conditions
