Universal Title, an established title company with over 20 offices throughout the VA-DC-MD area, is seeking a Operations Assistant/Admin for our Old Town Alexandria office. Industry experience is encouraged, but not necessary to apply. As an Operations Assistant/Admin, the successful applicant will need strong interpersonal skills, drive, organizational skills, and the ability to work as part of a team to accomplish complex tasks in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone with a great personality and can do attitude. In addition, a Operations Assistant/Admin will:
- Greet Clients as They Enter the Office
- Answer Calls to Main Office Number
- Open Files in our Web-Based Software System
- ScheduleSettlements
- Prepare Settlement Packages
- Clear and Maintain Settlement Rooms
- Monitor and order office supplies
- Run errands as-needed
- Take initiative to organize and improve office functions
- Cross-Train on Processor and Post-Closing Tasks to Assist As-Needed
