Overview:
The IIM Business Analyst II will work with clients to establish detailed business requirements for our clients IIM solutions. Excellent communication skills and experience defining complex business requirements and documenting those requirements are the keys to success in this role. You will gain experience by working alongside more experienced business analysts on complex implementation and be given the opportunity to lead the analysis efforts on less complex implementations. The primary goal of our team of business analysts is to ensure our clients requirements are well defined and all parties are aligned on the solution expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for gathering and analyzing client’s business requirements for solving specific business challenges.

Responsible for working with the delivery teams throughout the project in an agile manner, ensuring alignment to the business requirements developed with the client. Work with Project managers to develop project plans consisting of a work break down structure of tasks.

Adheres to IIM KM Experience and IIM Professional Services project methodology while satisfying/exceeds predefined service delivery metrics

Work with Project managers to develop project plans consisting of a work break down structure of tasks.

Authors the Functional Specification Document & ascertains customer approval

Assist Sale Engineering effort for all material, complex opportunities

Assist Sales in the development and presentation of “options” during the sales process

Assist Sales in final solutioning going to the clients

Review the “findings” from Discovery with Sales Engineering to ensure alignment prior to major FRD work

Assist in developing the Sprints and Milestones required for implementing & deploying an approved IIM solution - Define Use cases that can be broken into “efforts of work”

Participates as part of the delivery team throughout the project.

Participate and document customer feedback from Sales Engineering Demo sessions.

Ensure Use Cases reflect the scope of work to be preformed

Review the Gap Analysis with Sales/Presales in advance of presenting to client

Ensure a clearly defined gap analysis, with options, is delivered & reviewed.

Assign the project team as required when the use case needs to be clarified.

Daily time entry.

Qualifications:
- Four-year college degree or satisfactory completion of a technical curriculum from an accredited computer school and/ or equivalent work experience — Required

5+ years of experience working with complex business requirements gathering and/or complex implementation experience.

IIBA® Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®) or equivalent – Desired

Demonstrated Technical Writing Experience

Demonstrated Test Plan development experience

Excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to work well with ad hoc project teams consisting of resources with varying skillsets

Experience with Waterfall, Hybrid and Agile processes

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong technical implementation and troubleshooting skills

Ability to collaborate with internal partners to solve technical problems

Ability to create process documentation

Expert knowledge of either Microsoft Office or the Google Suite
